Misbehave of conductor

I am employee of Indian overseas bank, travell daily from Kempegowda metro station to mantri mall metro station through BMTC MF 9 bus. On 22-12-2016 conductor of bus no  KA 57F 1474 misbehaved with me called me outsider just because I belong to Delhi not Bangalore. When I tried to call customer care, the conductor said "ja kar le Apne BAAP Ko call". It started when I asked for my remaining change he refused to give.
