Since September 11 of 2015, we have been receiving a charge of $9.99 for unknown reasons. We have contacted our bank on various occasions, to no avail. We have also tried to find a contact phone number, E-mail, etc., in order to resolve this with Google. Google needs to make their contact information accessible to their customers, just like any other business. Why should Google be exempt from CA/USA business practices?
