Since September 11 of 2015, we have been receiving a charge of $9.99 for unknown reasons. We have contacted our bank on various occasions, to no avail. We have also tried to find a contact phone number, E-mail, etc., in order to resolve this with Google. Google needs to make their contact information accessible to their customers, just like any other business. Why should Google be exempt from CA/USA business practices?

    Your bank should be able to handle it..
    Dispute the charges as fraudulent through a written dispute to your bank's dispute address from your statement, and have them immediately block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
