How do I pay $0.70 on-line.  I don't do Apple Pay and I don't want any more of your recipes.  Your on-line pay will only take you to more recipes or restaurant on-line pay.  What gives?  I will not write a check for 70 cents!  You want your money, fix your "on-line payment".   You should have notified me that you have to collect state sales tax and included it in the cost of the book.  Do not send me any more of your books.
