Unauthorized Credit Card Charge

I discovered a charge on my credit card I did not recognize.  I searched on the internet and found this anti virus software company.  I never downloaded their product.  I called my credit card company and told them the problem and explained that apparently thousands of other people are having the same issue with this company. They removed the charge and are blocking our account from that company ever charging us for anything else.
