baggages damage

I have arrived from Istanbul on the 10th os sept. I have my to bags totally damages and I have searched for the complaints of Turkish airlines when I arrived but they told me no one is available now cause it is late
Now I need a solution for what happened as i have no other bags and i want mine yo be fixed or new baggages instead
