RECORDED MESSAGES THAT JUST WON'T QUIT

Calls every day all times. Have asked nicely please quit calling am elderly and very hard to keep answering phone. Do no have caller ID. Understand this will not help since they use fake numbers. This has been going on forever....Please do something. Don't understand why the govt can't stop this. Guarantee if I was doing something illegal they would be on me like flies on...You know what. Have submitted complaint before and nothing has changed so I know this is just a big waste of time but according to cardholders I have plenty of that. Thanks anyway. Just an ordinary citizen still hoping someone can stop this harassment.
