VERY DECEPTIVE POST SALES SERVICES

I had purchased one Whirlpool window AC of Whirlpool from Patliputra Shopper, Maharaja Complex, Patna, Bihar.
The post sales service of the company is the worst. For its proper installation, I have been following up with the shop for the last almost one month but no-body, even the person who made a lot of promise about the good post sales services of the company, Mr. Brajesh Singh is not paying any attention on this issue and making only false commitment.
I advise all not to go for Whirlpool product, if you want post sales services of your satisfaction.
