i too have experience this problem. I just got off the phone with them. i called 1-866-540-9633 - had to wait but did get smeone and they did have an account for me - I was very sweet and she cancelled the orders and refunded the money and I got a confirmation # so I'll see what happens. It is for the tea product and it is a offer link on many websites. I got mone from the Ageless serum web page - extremely upset as never received anything but charges - I sure hope this works. i will try to remember to post a confirmation when I check end of the week. thanks for all the posts they helped me.

    I had the same thing happen with the extra bottle of 60 pills I did not order arriving and a 69.95 charge to DRI*REG.NET after I had made sure I cancelled all of the fine print contracts on the bottom and received a confirmation # for the cancellations. I googled the web address and thanks to reading all of these same complaints I immediately called my bank, had the charge reversed and closed my account. As we speak I am on the phone with Acai, they are denying any involvement but what a coincidence! Dispute these charges and close your account immediately to avoid recurring charges!
