item not as shown / quality

I purchased this item on line. I chose this company because they could deliver the fastest and matched price. Unfortunately delivery took 30 days, not 10 as was promised. The item came unassembeled which was NEVER disclosed on the site. The furniture was poorly made and has a sloppy finish. My husband is "handy" but the engineering and shoddy workmanship make it almost impossible to assemble. The average homeowner would find this almost impossible to deal with. The hardware is so cheap it strips extremely easily. Absolute crap.
