Got a few unwanted text from this number a few days ago. No one answer when I call back.

So am I. I do not subscribe to text messaging. The only texts I get are the free ones from my cell phone provider. I'm afraid to even attempt to caLL The number to 'unsubscribe', for fear it will open another floodgate of costly texting. If I even open the text, will I be charged for the call? Do I call Verizon and can they do anything? The snakes out there doing this stuff, are way smarter than I am. Any help?

I want to complain about a company that refers to themselves as card services. They try to get credit card info from you using information they must be able to gather, but they need expiration dates, balance, etc.... I have told them I'm not interested, but they continue to call, and when I ask who there company is, they hang up. Where else can I complain about this matter?
