LG Washer still not repaired after 3 visits

I own an LG Washer for which I also purchased an extended warranty contract.
So far I have had their repair people out here a total of 3 and am waiting again for someone to come out a 4th time. Each time I asked for a morning appointment plus 2 men to come because this is a stackable washer/dryer, and each time arrival at my home was in the afternoon.
The first call arrival time was at 3:08 pm and they left at 3:58 p.m. This visit, (2 men came), resulted in them ordering a tub assembly and control panel to be installed on the next service call. On Sept 13, (a.m. appt made) arrival time was at 2:25 p.m. and they left at 2:59 p.m. This call resulted in the repair people informing me they cannot put the parts in because the tub because more parts were needed; namely 2 bearings, seals and an outer tub. 3rd morning appt was on Sept 24. The serviceman arrived at 2:30 p.m. (only one man arrived). He said he couldn't fix the machine without help, but wanted to see what parts had already been delivered. Well it seems the first servicemen ordered a control panel COVER instead of the control panel, so even if there were two men, the machine could not be repaired. So now I had to wait again for the part to be ordered and delivered. I told the serviceman that I was going on vacation from Sept 30 thru Oct 11. Apparently he scheduled me for an October 1 repair service date. There was a note on my door that A & E came out on October 1 and no one was home. When I arrived home I called to have the washer repaired. An appointment was made for October 19 (again a morning appt). I received a confirmation call the night before. NO ONE SHOWED UP. I called at 1;15 p.m. and was put on hold for quite a while. NOW, the story is, my repair order got "LOST IN THE QUE". I know for a fact if you get a confirmation call the night before, the order is in the que. They said at 1:15 p.m when I called that they had no one available for that day, and that the repairman would have me as his "First Stop" today. Well, here it is October 20th at 10:00 a.m. and still no one has showed up. I did call at 8:30 and said I was told I was informed that I was the "first stop" and no one has shown up. I was politely informed that someone would be here between 8 a.m. and 12 a.m. Where have I heard that story before!!!!
From now on whenever I purchase a new appliance I am going to ask who does their warranty, and if it is A & E Factory Service, I will not purchase their product. And I will tell them what goes on with their "warranty factory service" people. Maybe if enough people complain, we can all get satisfactory service repair people.
