phone calls

Portfolio Recovery has been calling my 87 ill step father since, my mother passed, in may of 2010. They call 3 to 5 times a day.  There is no past debt owed.  They either have him cofuses with someone else aor are trying to scam a senile senior. I have had enough of people trying to blled and cheat our citizens.
