I sure wish this forum would have been here 2 years ago when we purchased our England furniture. At that time I looked for reviews and couldn't find any online. I was told by the seller that this was a great quality brand, but have had so many problems with it, and I will never buy England again.

The cushions are flat, unsupportive and uncomfortable, the sectional pieces won't stay together, and the pull-cords to put the footrest up keep breaking.

I really wish that we would have invested the extra money and gotten Flexsteel.  I think it would have been cheaper in the long run.

The company actively pursues building a quality product.  Rigorous tests are performed which exceed industry standards.  Restassured they stand behind their product.  Try contacting the store for assistance and they will interceed for you with the company.

I have owned my England sectional for 18 years and we LIVE on it.  I have raised my kids on it too.  I LOVE IT!  It sounds like it is the DEALER who is not taking care of you, not England. England is a great product.  I have researched Flexsteel too....They both have the same warranty, but England offers a better cushion warranty.  I agree with Arnold, contact the store that you chose to to buy from and if they won't help, discontinue doing  business with and find another store who cares about their customers, and contact England directly.
