Scam, Ripoff, Harassment

Not just this location but all locations. This company are full of crooks. They rip you off in price. (they hide their prices unlike 24 hr fitness because they offer different people different rates, which is probably illegal, in fact I think there was a new article about this). The gyms are maintained terribly. Their equipment are also unsafe. I once injured my finger at the gym and had to go to the emergency room. I would have sued them, but they make you sign a form that they take no responsibility. There has been multiple class action lawsuits I got in the mail filed against this company. They also have limited located around the U.S. They had no location in SLC, UT. I was out of state for 5 months and asked them to end my contract and reimburse me due to relocation, but they refuse to honor that contract. They claimed because I was living with someone else and did not own my own property I had insufficient evidence that I lived out there. Even though I had plane tickets to prove it. They also try to scam you. The first time my contract near the end they tricked me to signing up early. Instead of adding on more time to my account, they set up a new account and the accounts overlapped. Meaning I had double membership at the gym and was actually paying DOUBLE for a couple of months. That's why they try to get you to renew two months or so early. So they can double charge you. It's a scam. Also the place is unsafe. You get stuff stolen out of the lockers all the time. That's why they put stickers up saying they're not responsible for anything that happens because it happens a lot. Lastly, when it's two months near the end of your contract they harass you to renew EVERYday you go to the gym. You'd tell them no, and they keep asking. You complain to the manager, and they still ask you. Only after I cussed out the manager in front of everyone and promise I will cause a huge seen they seem to back off a bit. But they still call you on your phone and harass you and send me mail, e-mail, etc. I hope this company goes bankrupt.

And this location in Pasadena specifically... has no pool and most their equipment are broken as well.
