Fast E Funds better known as Efinance Support, has used deceptive business practices to solicit my business. First and for most, they have taken money out of my bank account fraudulently. I instructed the representative to take a specific amount out of my account on a specific day and instead a different amount was taken out and EFinance continued to take money out of my account for two weeks in a role and then two weeks after that Efinance increased the amount by double without my permission. Thinking that I may have done something wrong I went back to look at the contract I could not access it, meaning when you go to their site no contract will come up under your name just the alleged dollar amount owed. I have tried contacting EFinance and was informed that I should have known this was going to happen because I signed the contract, I have asked many of time not only to provide a copy of the contract but for them to Listen to the Taped Phone call between the account representative and myself. Because in that taped conversation I was assured on more than one occasion that I did not have anything to worry about that the proper amount will be taken out at the date and time specified. And that no further action would be required on my behave which turn out to be an Out Right Lie, trying to talk with the staff and managers have proving to be just down right horrific, the staff talk’s to me extremely rude and condescending. I have asked management to please listen to the taped call of our transaction all they would tell me is yes we will to call back, and when I do, nothing happens. This company has upset my life the representatives tell you one thing to get your business but then issue a totally different contract then what was agreed to and blind side you with $100’s of dollars in fees. Something have to done to stop the company and other like them form these Deceptive Business Practices I know their actions are a violation of the FDCPA and I am in the process of contacting an attorney that specialize in this area of Law.
