Fast E Funds better known as Efinance Support, has used deceptive business practices to solicit my business. First and for most, they have taken money out of my bank account fraudulently.  I instructed the representative to take a specific amount out of my account on a specific day and instead a different amount was taken out and EFinance continued to take money out of my account for two weeks in a role and then two weeks after that Efinance increased the amount by double without my permission.  Thinking that I may have done something wrong I went back to look at the contract I could not access it, meaning when you go to their site no contract will come up under your name just the alleged dollar amount owed. I have tried contacting EFinance and was informed that I should have known this was going to happen because I signed the contract, I have asked many of time not only to provide a copy of the contract but for them to Listen to the Taped Phone call between the account representative and myself. Because in that taped conversation I was assured on more than one occasion that I did not have anything to worry about that the proper amount will be taken out at the date and time specified. And that no further action would be required on my behave which turn out to be an Out Right Lie, trying to talk with the staff and managers have proving to be just down right horrific, the staff talk’s to me extremely rude and condescending. I have asked management to please listen to the taped call of our transaction all they would tell me is yes we will to call back, and when I do, nothing happens. This company has upset my life the representatives tell you one thing to get your business  but then issue a totally different contract then what was agreed to and blind side you with $100’s of dollars in fees. Something have to done to stop the company and other like them form these Deceptive Business Practices I know their actions are a violation of the FDCPA and I am in the process of contacting an attorney that specialize in this area of Law.

You are dealing iwth a fraudulent lender.

It's also likely that they are not licensed to legally loan in you state, in which case it is probably illegal for them to take any money beyond their original principal.

Contact your state Attorney General for assistance.

You may need to dispute the charges through your bank as fraudulent to recover illegally taken money.  Your bank can reverse charges due to fraud if you dispute promptly.

Also shut down your account to prevent further fraudulent charges,

I use to work for Efinance and their illegally taking funds out of consumers  accounts with out them knowing so! Efinance are currently trying to find banks to lend their company money because they can't seem to find any off shore banks to lend them(eefinance) money so that they will be able to continue lending out funds to consumers of all the high interest rates that they will continue charging. Efinance gas stated that they will start doing blind pullson ttheir customers accounts if their customers refuse to pprovide or update their accounts with their debit card information so they can illegally pull funds out of the customers accounts without the customer even know.Efinance has 12 different lending companies in witch their all a fraud!  They should be closed down for good the owners are nothing but young coke heads with money who's taking money from innocent people!

I'm having the same problem with this company.  I have made many attempts to pay the loan off in full.  They kept me on hold for hours.  They kept trying to get my debit card information which I refused to give them.  They had my bank account information, however, the law demanded they discontinue debiting peoples account.  However, 6 months later, they changed their name to efinance from fast e funds and debited my account for the installment amount instead of the balance as I had requested.  I have all the evidence and I'm going them.  I'm a disabled Veterans that is having hard times.  Please help!!!!!
