no funds no reply

I agree with those who say never use Square.   They hold money without warning and I am unable to contact them.  When you call the secret customer support number you must have your account number.  However, it is impossible to find your account number. Supposedly it was on the first email they sent you. But I don't have that email...   I have sent numerous emails to them but no reply.   I cannot get to MY funds, they have them, and I cannot get a response.   I will never use them again...
