Minor complaint

Went to www.maytag.com/register per registration card directions and tried to register but kept getting an error.  I tried on two different web browsers just in case with no luck.  I was finally able to register my dishwasher ONLINE after creating an account first.  The site nor the product registration card tells you this but I did get confirmation that it is registered.  Good grief, they could save everyone a lot of time if they just said an account is needed.
