Scam IRS

Received a phone call from 813-764-5277 stating that it was urgent that I return the call to the IRS before action was taken against me. I called the phone number back and it rang busy.  A few minutes later the number called me again...I didn't answer and they left the same recording.  I did a whitepages reverse lookup and the phone number is owned by a business listed as Peerless Network. This is a company that sells out phone numbers and IP addresses for people that want to make it look like a legitimate business.
