Washer is a piece of junk

We have not had this thing 5 years yet and it is falling apart piece by piece. I have had a repair man out here 3 times in the past 4 months. It is still not fixed. It sounds like I am washing a box of hammers. It will literally jump up and down and slide out in the floor. I know it will break in a few days, becasuse we can not get it to stop jumping up and down and making the most awlful sound you have ever heard. It sounds like it is completely ripping something apart inside. It is out of balance on every wash and does not get our clothes slung out good , and takes forever to run thru a cycle. It finally got so bad the agitor stopped working and called a repair man. I told him that the washer had been  making a horrible noise due to it not being balanced no matter what we do. He got the agitator to going again, and had to call him again the next day. It was still making the most awlful noise becasue the load was not even. If we open the lid to try to straighten the clothes, then it usually starts the cycle all over again, and it is never balanced, no matter what we do. It takes forever to wash a load. I am so SICK of this thing. I cannnot believe we have not even had it 5 years and has been giving trouble for a year now. We don't even use it that much, only two of us home now. No matter if I only wash a very small and lite load, it most of the time still sounds like I am washing hammers in the spinning cycle. Maytag needs to stand up and admit they have made a huge mistake with this piece of junk and give us our money back. I am very very upset with Maytag!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
