Lowering Interest Rates on Credit Cards

These people call constantly. They say Card Holder Services, to Lower Interest. If you need to, you have our permission to check our telephone records for the last 3 months, and you will see that we have received multiple calls, and not only multiple calls but multiple calls on the same day. I have two numbers from 2/23/12 forward to today: 1/503/902-8477 and 1/503/457-1085. As I was typing, I received another call from 1/216/744-4009.

These calls must stop. We are 73 years old. My husband has 5 (five) back surgeries, one total shoulder replacement, prostate cancer surgery, and one near-death experience. He has had multiple hand surgeries. At one time, I believe that these callers had to stop or pay a fine. Well, I want them to pay us for each and every call at $100 a call. We cannot eat, cannot watch television, or have people in our home without interruption. I held on the line one day to tell them to stop, and the woman told me that they could not do that. I WANT THIS STOPPED, and the only way you can make them stop is by fining them.

There are boxes you can insert between your incoming phone line and your phones that will block all robocalls or other autodialed calls.
They basically play a recording, like voicemail, that can disclose to legitimate human callers what code to punch to ring through. Without the code, your phones don't ring.
