rogers is a pos and has no actual way of complaining about a store

Went to Rogers to pay my bs bill and due to loosing my wallet on id so why can I call and give info over phone but not in store wtf? So I call Rogers get the run around to find out they don't even have a complaint department! So they really don't give a #### about customers at all!!!!!
