management (Meghan R and, Debra M)

I've been a member at lifetime Fitness for 5 years and sad to say I'm quitting.  I have never seen a club run so badly in my many years of attending health clubs.  The management is rude and unprofessional in every way.  I thought the members mattered, but at lifetime that's not the case.  I was verbally abused by Debra Minghi in front of other members.  I told management about it and nothing was done at all, not even an apology.  If this is the kind of people you want running this club then I want to have nothing to do with lifetime fitness.  Whoever hired these people is failing the members.
