Dear Readers- Do not be scammed by a phone call and conversation with Caribbean Cruise Line out of Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. This company promises you many pkgs. at a low price but when you book your vacation six months in advance you cannot get your airfare at the price that you were quoted for. This is a time share package and it does sound like a great deal IF they do what they say they will do.  It sounds really GREAT until after you purchase your package and then they tell you about all the fee's that come with it.  First of all they tell you that they will send you one airline ticket with the purchase of another airline ticket (BOGO), NOT- They send you a voucher for two low fares and you must pay for the airport taxes, fuel and 9/11 Terrorist Act fee on both tickets.  If you have more than one stop to your destination than there will be more taxes and fees.  When you get to the airport you will get your rental car, this is free for 7 days there is just a $75 fee for the week and the car must be filled with gas before drop it back off, not bad for a seven day rental?  The catch is you will only be driving it to and from the airport and an over night stay at your Hotel. The rest of the time it will be sitting in Valet parking ($16/DayX4 Days), while you take a Cruise over to the Bahamas Islands for a two day stay.  On the Cruise, which I found out while on the internet from previous Cruisers, that you leave your do not disturb sign out or they will charge you for making or taking your bed down.  While on the Cruise you will be charged taxes, fuel fee's and you must tip the crew, just as you would on any other Cruise Line.  You will NOT be charged for your meals on the Cruise.  While on the Island you will have to find your own transportation to and from the ship to and from your Bahamas Hotel or Chateau.  While on the Island you WILL have to pay for your meals but they will issue you vouchers to help with these expenses.  You will also be taxed for an Island tax per day per person($17).  I became suspicious when I was sent the Vouchers instead of Airline tickets and when I could not purchase my Airfare at the price indicated on the Vouchers, even if I booked our vacation nine or ten months in advance.  I went on the internet and read other peoples reviews of past experiences with this Company and found many were unhappy.  I then went on the internet to the BBB to see how many complaints were filed and was shocked to find that there were $1,440 for filed for packages not being what the Company had promised.  I had surgery in Feb. 2014 and had to cancel our trip in June 2014.  I called Caribbean and talked with seven people until I finally talked with someone who could cancel and extend our trip with no extra charge for 2015 but I will be needing another surgery about the same time we would be going on our vacation.  I called this company once again and they told me they would not be able to refund my money but I could give it to a friend or family member, they never told me that I could ever do this until I told them I files with the BBB.  After filling with the BBB they have told me that it could take up to two months for a reply in order for us to not loose our package we would have to book something by December which would be a 6 month in advance notice.  I have had to quit my job in August of 2014 because of all my health limitations.  Please read this and do not do the same and be scammed like us.  We have taken other time share trips but have never been scammed before.
