POOR QUALITY OF AIR CONDITIONER

Resp sir,
we have bought a airconditioner for our home on last year september from SAMSUNG , that airconditioner stop working before 4 months for which we lodged a complaint and they did a service and made it work again. Now it again stoped working, it did even work for a whole year.
We are annoyed of the quality of product, we are also wasted our time for calling them waited for their service , uncomfortable circumstences occured due to this situation.
We ask for immediate replacement of the product which we purchased , we here by attach our address.
