Discount Ink Cartriges, Ventura, CA: I did a web search for "EZInkjets.com" to view any new complaints against this company, and was directed to "Inkjet5.com".

Out of curiousity, I put in my old password for "EZInkjets.com" to log on, though I have never done any business with "Inkjet5.com" - ALL of my account information came up, INCLUDING my original order of 07/2006 that was never received.

That means the company has changed it's name and address to avoid all the negative reviews against "EZInkjets.com" I have E-Mailed the Better Business Bureau of Santa Barbara requesting that they try to find the owner of "Inkjet5.com" for the above reason. People need to be warned.

    UPDATE: After reading my warnings online, I was immediately contacted 07/2007 by " Inkjet5.com" According to them, "EZInkjets.com" stopped processing orders 03/2007 and "Inkjet5.com" purchased the database 05/2007. Though I find it extremely frightening that this can be done, apparently it is not illegal. They admitted that the knew that there were problems with "EZInkjets.com", and offered to resolve the issue. After a few E-Mails back and forth, 08/07/2007, I received my Court ordered Refund via US Postal Money Order from "EZInkjets.com" I have closed my case with the FTC and local Criminal Court and am posting updates on the various websites. I honestly don't know if these are the same people. PLEASE keep in mind that I had a Criminal Court Case of Fraud filed against "Christina Coral" and a Warrent for Arrest was issued for here in MA. Though I personally now only order anything through "Amazon.com" for reliability, "PERHAPS" "Inkjet5.com" can resolve your issue with "EZInkjets.com" OR If you placed an order with "EZInkjets.com" after 03/2007, and it is past the 90 day window, "PERHAPS" if you present the various updates to your credit card's Fraud dept, they MIGHT concider crediting your account anyway. Feel free to comment @ the UPDATE on "my3cents.com"

    I have ordered from INKJET5 many times and only applaud them for even trying to service the customers that were on a database that INKJET5 purchased from Easyjet.  The customer service has been wonderful and has only supplied me with only quality products. Customers should not be concerned These companies are not owned by the same person and should not be confused by the link.  This was only provided to service the past customers that was so badly serviced from Easyjet.         Matt

      Where IS EZInkjets, or, for that matter, where are any of its successors??

      Where do they do business, presumably business having to do with computer printers, and how/where do they respond to complaints?

    Returned 2 cartridges with RMA to EZinkjets in April, 2007 and they came back with the address blacked out and marked undeliverable. No refund either.  Just marked it up to experience.  Their action will hurt many honest merchants.

    I have been purchasing from Inkjet5 for over 6 months now and find their products both quality and cheaper than most of the web businesses. I have
    also spoke with the customer service department several time and they have
    been very helpful. I would recommend anyone that wants a good product and
    save money order from Inkjet5.

    I have purchased several times from Inkjet5 for perhaps 1-1/2 years and never had any problems. I had forgotten the name Inkjet5 when I ordered ink for a new printer so read some reviews that have Inkjet5 bad reports so I purchased the last ones from InkSmile as they were highly rated. Had a problem there but they sent me two new replacements that work fine. Now I am confused regarding Inkjet5 because I need to order for my wife's printer in which we have 5's ink for sometime with no problems. Think I might give them another try because we have had no problem there.

    After I waisted plenty of money and time with another inkjet company I found Inkjet5 and tried their ink carts. I  had no problems. Their friendly staff was very helpful in locating what I needed. Their prices were very competitive. I will return to them and recommend them to friends.
