813 322-5027 has left several messages "regarding my visa card".  Today, I answered my phone and the call was from this number.  When told to hit 9 to talk to someone, I did so, got a male voice and when I asked him what credit card of mine he was referring to and what bank he was from, he hung up on me.  I have the "do not solicit" request on my phone, so thought this call was actually from my bank - not some scam company, but apparently the "do not solicit" does not work.  I want them to cease and desist from calling my number.

    File a Do Not Call complaint against them on the FTC site.

    got the same unwanted call approx. 1.46pm today

    received call from same #, hit 9 as directed, was told they had gotten my info from credit bureau & because I had a high balance & they could offer me a lower APR, requested my # be taken from their list, my # is on do not call list, person was very argumentive & talked down to me
