Unsolicited phone calls

I am getting constant; daily, phone calls from a company alleging that they can lower my credit card interest rates.  I have repeatedly told them that I am on the Do Not Call Registry.  They tell me they will remove my phone number, but they continue to call.  When I ask for the name of their company and an 800 phone number for contacting them to file a complaint, they hang up.
