Incessant phone calls

We keep getting these telemarketing phone calls from Card Services indicating that we must act now to reduce our credit card interest etc.  Twice before I "pressed 9" as requested.  Once someone answered I asked them to stop the calls.  We are not interested.  Most times our caller id indicates a business in our area is calling, until we answer the phone.  Most times I just hang up but these calls come at least twice a week.  Today the caller id showed my husband's name and our entire home phone number.  I answered and again "pressed 9" as indicated.  When a man came on the line I told him to end the harassing phone calls or I would turn them over to the BBB.  He asked me if this was a threat and I said "no" this is a promise.  He swore at me and told me he could call me whenever he wanted to and hung up on me.  How do I stop this harassment??
