    Questions..
"Order cramming" is a common practice in overhyped "health" or "beauty" products, often claiming "free trial for shipping and handling" after which consumers start receiving repeated orders and charges for amounts in the $50 to $100 range.  For example:
    https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/press-release ... ted-359-million

One tactic used was to carefully construct websites to minimize the likelihood that first time customers would be aware they were "agreeing" to repeated charges, while still hiding those terms on the website.

Are you aware of deceptive advertising or disclosure practices in this case?

This was to be a 14 day free trial.  I received the product on Jan. 5, 2016 and the billed my bank account on Jan. 14, 2016 for the full amount.  I found I had only used the product a few times and it made my eyes burn and water.  I am very unhappy with company.  I was on the phone for over and hour waiting for a customer service person and when I finally got to talk to someone about it she told me that maybe I had used the product too close to my eyes.  Also she told me that the 14 days was from when I ordered the product and not from when I received.  I expressed that what if I hadn't received until the day before how would that affect the 14 days and was told that it was from the time I ordered.  Not at all happy.
