Recieved the book that was not requested in the mail

Received the book in the mail and followed the directions to return the book that was not ordered and you can't get a return address label.  I do not wish to receive any further books that I did not order.  I have thirty days to return it and cannot find the label or a phone number to contact someone about my issue.  I DO NOT WANT FURTHER COOKBOOKS OR ANY BOOKS THAT I DID NOT ORDER SENT TO ME.
