Unauthorized payments

AOL has been taking money from my bank account for a good while now. I called the bank and they told me to get a new account number which I did and they are still taking the money.  I also contacted AOL and they said there is nothing they can do without an account number which I do not have since I have never had AOL. Can anyone suggest a way to have this stopped. These people need to be put out of business for good. It seems the only way they are making money is to steal it.
