Services not done against AMC

An AMC contact bearing Sl. no - INB074008612 was taken by me with Penguin Services, Kolkata for one year on 27.11.11 against a Whrilpool washing Machine bearing Model no 10428.
Our complain of "defect in washing Pot" is pending since last 7months and only assurance was conveyed that parts will be replaced as soon as it will be available. The AMC is going to expire on 26.11.12.
Its a cheating with the customer.
I want to draw the kind attention of Concerned Authority/ Person to look into the matter and solve my problem.
