Calls 20 time a day from a Jim Kingston 876 559 0527.  My 78 year old friend is having his health affectted by this guy telling him he won the publisher Clearing House sweepstake and wanting $700.  Sometimes he asks for a Walmart credit card.  We don't know what to do. My friend can't turn the phone off because of his health and other issues.

    He should change his number..
    876 is Kingston, Jamaica, home to a bunch of these "lottery" scams.  They prefer to target vulnerable people like the elderly, so your friend is a perfect target.  He should change his number.
