Unfair annual charge.

I've been charged for annual membership 89.10 today(doesnt matter I've got rights to stop my membership(they've been offered 90 days free membership).I've tried to stop it couple of days ago and they've called me with promise(from Zip Car customer service)no charge 'till June 2014.
In the same time I've got welcome letter from Yesterday(24.09.13) like new customer.
I think there is no communication in this company.Every department work independent and no connection between them.
