debt with dish

Yesterday, June 20, 2019, this  ERC collection agency calls a debt on Dish that has all my private information which  I have not offered to Dish or any person to use it for hills and etc. I have never had an account in Puerto Rico, my hometown and in which I have never traveled to San Antonio Texas, much less lived there or in the united state. That is where the service was given.2016,2017,2018 and 2019 as always in puerto Rico. In 2017 lived the natural disaster storm Maria. And at no time I went to live in another country or state.i have evidence of that.Iam taking a letter in the matter about this that they allege and file a complaint in  the police officer for identity theft,which the number of the complaint 2019-02-052-001514.
