Charging fraudulent taxes

Sprint has been charging me 911 taxes for a county in which I (or anyone in my household) DO NOT live, nor have lived for nine years.  This has been in addition to the 911 taxes collected for the county in which I do live.  They have overcharged me by over 200 dollars, with no intent of reimbursing me for their error.  I am currently under a service contract with them but I will be terminating my association with them as soon as it is complete.  If this happened to me I'm sure it is happening to others.  Surely this type of fraud cannot be legal.

For the last 4 months I have spent countless hours in the phone with sprint regarding fraudulent activity of almost $1000. Their customer service is ridiculous! To say the least. I have been a customer since 2008 and they refuse to give me a concession for their awful customer service of more than $50. When they say they are giving me a credit and hang up I found out later they didn't give me a credit at all and I have to call back and fight with them for another 2 hours. As I was on the phone with them and could finally get back into my account to view my invoice, I noticed taxes and 911 taxes for many different counties. Isnt there a law that they can't do this? Getting rid of them as soon as I get this straightened out.
