I cancelled my subscription last year, at least that was what you told me, you charged my credit card on 12/26, without my permission, I want my card debited for the 69.99, immediately!! I thought you people were actually a reputable company, but you have proven you are not.

On or about January 2017 I went to my account and cancelled my subscription. On Dec. 29/17, you charged my credit card for $141.96 Canadian dollars. Please refund the amount as soon as possible. Also, please ensure that I will not be charged again. Thank you.
