I found this "Pure Energy Diet" pills through a pop-up banner. They offered me a free 14 day trial. All I had to pay was shipping. I was naive to supply my credit card information to them to pay for the shipping.

4 weeks later I received a package in the mail (for which I had to sign). The package had two more bottles of this stuff. I didn't finish even the trial (actually I felt seek after a week of taking this stuff), and they sent me more without asking.

There was no invoice, receipt, or anything that I could use to contact the supplier. I went to the website Usaveonpills.com where I ordered the pills and wrote them a message. No response. I called but they don't answer.

I checked my statement and found a charge from his company for $149.95! The phone number associated with the transaction is 877-777-5929. I dialed it and left a message.

A week later I managed to speak to "Brian" who told me that I agreed to receive the product and they are not accepting any returns. I was also told that I will be charged $49.95 for the cancellation of this program! I told him he was crazy and that I will have the bank reverse the charge. He said I would be sent to collections!

Don't buy anything from Usaveonpills.com, Dietpillsusa, and other companies that sell "Pure Energy Products".

    hi...me too...i filed a complaint with the BBB and if everyone else would do the same,we might shut the s.o.b.s down.

    This company USAVEONPILLS.Com Pure Energy is a complete rip off.  The same things happen to me as it did to Jackie.  Don't buy anything from this company.  You can't get through
    on the phone line.  How do you get them to stop?

    I too have been ripped off by this company.  Once they got my credit card # they just kept sending pills and billing me $149.95.  I have nearly had a heart attack over this situation.  My doctor told me not to take them because of my high blood pressure, so after receiving my sample bottle, I
    returned it with the explanantion of being unable to use it.  Three weeks later two more bottles arrived and I got billed the $149.95.  I called and tryr reaching them on the internet, to NO avail.  I finally cancelled my credit card.

    Cancel your credit card immediately and ask for a new #.

    I too have been billed $149.95 for a product that wasn't worthy of their claims, I should have known when they didn't offer a guarantee or your money back claim, that it was too good to be true. Thats probably why their return policies and terms are on a completely different page than their FREE TRIAL OFFER ADVERTISEMENT!! They cleverly design a legal return policy document so that no matter what you do you are going to pay them money, and even if you return the product unopened it's a win-win for them because they can send that same package to some other unsuspecting victim!  I would say that this company is walking a thin line of premeditated criminal intent and they are nothing but a bunch of crooks preying on credit card holders.

    me too. I thought I was paying only the s and h but my credit card was billed 149.95. I only wanted to try the free bottle. Nobody will respond to customer service. I plan to contact the bbb.
