NOT GETTING CONNECTED IN THE US, NORTH CAROLINA

My number is 9500094972. Recently my phone went out of order and i replaced the sim in another phone. When i tried to automatically connect to your partner networks, the following message appears :this sim card does not allow connection to this network"(at&t or t-mobile)..
May be the problem is because my number in the sim does not contain +91 country code. Can you please help me to resolve this problem?
