Illegal disconnection of Internet and deduction of phone airtime

I am Izinegbe Aibangbee, an Airtel customer based in Lagos Nigeria with the mobile line +234 (0) 802 072 9410.
On Sunday 8 April 2012 (around 2300H local time), my Blackberry Internet Service subscription was illegally disconnected, even though it had about two weeks until expiration.
In addition, at about the same time, my phone airtime of about N8,243 was completely wiped out from my phone for no reason.
I noticed all these illegalities the next day and called Airtel at 1330H and 1530H without any resolution. In both instances I was informed by the call centre ladies (by name Hauwa and Yemi respectively) that the issue was peculiar to my line. I find it completely absurd and affronting that Airtel cannot reconnect me with the same haste I was disconnected. Their poor service has cost me badly. If this matter is not resolved within the next 1 hour, I will escalate to the necessary authorities and further seek damages from the company. It is high time consumers put a stop to this appalling service delivery!
