When I first spoke to my salesperson he seemed very astute and I felt giving him a chance would be great since there wasn't anything to lose. Unfortunately, his support people did little to get us business and we never even received one phone call. I called them when I realized they were advertising us in a wrong category and never got a call back. I have to say I was disappointed. Additionally, they took over 2 months and several phone calls to get them to refund the money as they promised. I had to get pretty aggressive on my last phone call and after being told they had to issue a check they finally just reversed the credit card charges. Disappointing to say the least.

I'll take this one step further: I believe this company to be little more than scam artists.

They basically set up a Google Local account(which is free through Google) to generate calls for your business.

They don't tell you that is how they do it, even though I specifically asked the salesperson.

I gave the salesperson my credit card info with the understanding that they would be sending me via email agreement for me to sign.

I refused to sign the agreement and they still charged me the setup fee of $399 which they refuse to refund.  I am currently in the process of disputing this charge with my credit card company, however, the Call Store claimed I signed the agreement, which I did not.

They then cited my having viewed the email agreement on multiple occasions (which I did, they kept sending it over and over and I would occasionally click on the email) as my consent to the agreement.

Dishonest people, this company is a scam plain and simple.
