Paid then got kicked off site

In April, my friend asked me to help him sell his boat. I paid $25 to post it on screamandfly.com. After listing, 2 members contacted me via an open forum and accused me of scamming them regarding changing the boat's hull numbers & telling me not to try and sign on with different name because they would "be on to me" I told these few obnoxious members to leave me alone if they had no interest in the boat. They continued to harass me and I was forced to defend myself.  Next day I receive:

"You have been banned for the following reason:
wise guy
Date the ban will be lifted: 04-21-2011, 05:00 PM"

As of today the "ban" has not been lifted, even after emailing the site and site owner several time.  If I can't see the responses to my ads I want my $25 bucks back!

    Are you sure about this? As far as I know you dont pay to post on SF. Well, maybe its a new thing. Ive been a member since 2004 and have had a few hickups but I assure you the people there are nice people. Some smar [***] yes but as long as you keep it real, its all good. The Admin name is Greg. He is not hard to get along with. On another note, you possible did somthing against their buyinh/selling rules. I suggest you should read them before you do anything. There are a lot of sites you can post on for free without any trouble. Try Craigslist.org. Good luck with the sale!

    Offshoreonly.com is much better. The smartest and realist people in the industry I know will not participate with Scream And Cry. Great place to buy and sell.... Terrible place for unbiased information and intelligence

    Gregsucks, you're an idiot.  OSO is for the gold medallion fake boobs in 40 foot wake monsters.  Scream and Fly is where it's happening for fast small and medium sized boats and has the deepest pool of knowlegeable guys.  Dee, you gave a clue to the reason for your problems in you post.  If you read the posting rules it clearly says no 3rd party ads.  If you listed the boat as belonging to someone else it will always get deleted there.  It's posted at the top of the page anywhere you would place an ad so you can't blame anybody but yourself.  If you changed the hull numbers as you said in your post here, again you can't blame anybody buy yourself since that is a felony.

    Greg does suck but I wouldn't suggest OSO is the answer.  I'd try RiverDavesPlace.com or even PerformanceBoats.com before OSO and I certainly don't hang out at S&F.

    The many of the sharpest guys in the outboard boating industry don't post on S&F.
