I was employed here and all we would do is call disabled people and people who receive ssi and tell them that we are there magazine company, and that we can help lower their monthly payment. But then we really sign them up for a new subscription that they already dont want. So they have another monthly bill. But half of the people we call are too old to notice the bill or to disabled to understand what we are doing. Half the people in our system or more make under 2000 a month most customers range a monthly income of 700-1500. They also tell them the 30 days for cancellation has passed when really it just started because they just signed them up. Then when they renew the people after the subscription period is almost up they trick them and say they still have 20 payments remaining instead of telling them that its renewing them. They record the end of the conversation confirming the scam and making sure the customer agrees on tape to the payments so they can not take legal action against the scam. Brian the owner is a joke and this needs to end and the company needs to be shut down old people are losing there money to feed there family or themselves because of the selfish company. The worst part about it is that they tell them that they already have the card but cant read it back. So they trick them telling them there  visa starts with a 4 go ahead whenever your ready. Or a mastercard starts with a 5. To make them give billing info easier and faster.

Which city is this located in?

What you outlined fits fraud reports on this site over the years, across several similar operations in Virginia Beach, the Atlanta area, south Florida, Longmont CO, and Mumbai, India.

What is the source of your "sucker lists"?  Did you specifically buy lists targeting "seniors", "suckers buying junk sold on TV", etc?
Or did you trade lists with other similar scam telemarketers?
    Who's selling the lists?

I used to work here as well. The owner of the company has (or had?) two offices in South St. Paul, MN. The first, Reader's Club Home Office located at 1185 Concord St. N. Suite 228, South St. Paul, MN 55075. The second company is Tropical Readers located at 522 Concord St N # 100, South St Paul, MN 55075. Pretty sure they will sell to the same customer twice just under different company names. There is (or was?) an office in California as well. As far as the leads used, they come from other scam magazine companies or other sources. If you get caught in a subscription with these losers contact the Attorney General or the Better Business Bureau. They even can't call certain states because they have been contacted by Attorney Generals previously.

Avoid this company. They grab your debit card and begin recurring monthly payments. Then a collection agency. A big scam.
