I have received a book from BHG that I did not order.  I need instructions on returning this book postage free.  PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME ANY MORE BOOKS!!

    It's a cramming scam..
    If they have sent you a bill for unordered merchandise, file fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, and a mail fraud complaint with the US Postal Inspector.
