they call n call n call n call to collect $$ but when I call to make a payment, every single time I try calling I get an "end call tone"

All I wanna do is make my payment!!!

Horrible company to deal with.

    Maybe they are trying to collect late fees.

    Mail your payments via certified mail, and if they fail to credit payment as of the date USPS says it was delivered, file a complaint with FTC and your state Attorney General.
