Washing machine is a piece of junk

I'm a teacher, single mom with two kids in college. This washing machine was recommended by the man at Lowes for performance, least repairs and price. I bought it in August 2016! It is loud and shaky, but those issues I can live with. I can NOT accept the fact that it is now LEAKING all over the floor! I called Lowes and of course they don't want to do anything! Told me to contact Maytag! I've read so many BAD reviews in this washing machine from 2011. It is criminal of Maytag to continue to produce and sell something completely ineffective. Shame on you for stealing $ from hard working people and NOT standing behind your products.
