I cancelled services a year ago when it stopped working

and I couldn't get a hold of anyone to fix it, so I paid for a year of service that didn't work (had to purchase another protection) and now, after cancelling, I'm getting charged yet again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  refund my money!!!!
