I did not order this book and now I have to pay the shipping to return it.  I'm angry and demand you not send me anymore unrequested book in the future.  I will be researching places to complain about this unauthorized practice.

    File complaints with CFPB and your local postal inspector.
    It's illegal to bill for something you did not order.
    This is a mail order cramming scam.
