We purchased an England sectional from Levins. My husband loved it but it was just ok with me. It was material and I even asked the sales lady if it would get matted or worn looking. She assured me no and that England furniture is high quality and well made. Wasn’t even a year and the cushions were droopy and where we never even sat, the cushions had fuzz balls all over. We did purchase the 5 year warranty but that doesn’t cover any of this. I could kick myself cause I even texted the sales lady and told her. She said call in a claim. I had one week until the year was up which we thought we had 5 at the time. I called 2 days late for I was dealing with back issues.  They won’t do anything. $2500 and not even a year it looks so horrible. So embarrassed when people come over.
