Posing as AVG agents

I came into contact with these people when I Googled AVG, they have a false web page that makes you believe that they are AVG. They sold me $700 worth of subscriptions that I don't need and the creepy thing is that they went right through my computers. Have to change all pass words and contacted the banks to freeze my accounts.
They do not work for AVG so stay CLEAR.

    THey have just done the same to me . I went through to NORTON to complain iI had not received my spy ware althought they had the money and GURU AID slipped in somehow promised the refundfrom NORTON who I thought they were a branch of and charged me a further £100plus for a service that hasn't worked My computer is worse now than in the beginning. I explained that I was a disabled pensioner and they kept me by my computer from just after lunch until 2.15 .about nine hours .  then they called on my phone at 1.30am yesterday morning asking for more money. I was furious but couldn't understand why they wanted it. I don't know what to do . they said my computer would be much better but it is slower than ever. sorry about your troubles. when they finished with me  they were listed as another user on my computerbut I have had the sense to stop that.I think they know all about me now as they took over my computer for all thaose hours
